iCallAgent connects to the tools you already use, either as a source of triggers (something happens elsewhere, iCallAgent places a call) or as a destination for the agent to act on mid-call.

All integrations are connected per-workspace from Integrations in the dashboard. Automation platforms (Make.com, and future Zapier/n8n-style tools) go through iCallAgent's public OAuth2 API rather than a workspace-level connection. See API Reference → Authentication if you're building your own.
