Telnyx

Connect your own Telnyx account to provision and use phone numbers with iCallAgent, billed through your Telnyx account rather than iCallAgent's shared numbers.

Connecting

From Integrations, add Telnyx with:

Field	Description
api_key	Your Telnyx API key

iCallAgent verifies the key against the Telnyx API (checking account balance access) before saving the integration. An invalid key is rejected immediately.

What it's used for

Once connected, Telnyx becomes available as a source for provisioning phone numbers that route to your agents, for both inbound and outbound calling.

Credential security

Your API key is stored server-side and used only to place/receive calls on your behalf. It is never exposed to the frontend or returned by any API response.
