Twilio
Connect your own Twilio account to provision and use phone numbers with iCallAgent, billed through your Twilio account rather than iCallAgent's shared numbers.
Connecting
From Integrations, add Twilio with:

iCallAgent verifies the credentials against the Twilio API before saving the integration. An invalid SID/token pair is rejected immediately rather than failing silently on the first call.
What it's used for
Once connected, Twilio becomes available as a source for provisioning phone numbers that route to your agents, for both inbound and outbound calling.
Credential security
Your Auth Token is stored server-side and used only to place/receive calls on your behalf. It is never exposed to the frontend or returned by any API response.
